Chuck Baldwin's radio talk show, "Chuck Baldwin Live" is heard 36 times a week on 5 different radio stations in the Pensacola, Florida area. You may emial comments to chuck at:

Why Does The Establishment Hate Ron Paul? [01/10/08 ] What is it about Ron Paul that the Establishment finds so disturbing?

This is a man who perhaps personifies Christian character and integrity, American patriotism, and family values more than any other public figure. Ron Paul is a committed family man whose marriage to Carol has lasted for more than 50 years. He is a lover of families and children. As an OB/GYN physician, Dr. Paul has delivered more than 4,000 babies into this world. His life demonstrates a commitment to life and marriage.

Buy A Gun [12/18/07 ] Most of us are aware that the heroic actions of a brave woman at the New Life Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado a few days ago saved the lives of perhaps scores, or even hundreds, of people. However, her bravery would not have counted for much had she not been armed.

The "Fix" Is In [10/03/07 ] "Bush quietly advising Hillary Clinton, top Democrats." This is the title of a much under-reported news story, which appeared in The Examiner on September 24th. The Examiner opens the story by saying, "President Bush is quietly providing back-channel advice to Hillary Rodham Clinton, urging her to modulate her rhetoric so she can effectively prosecute the war in Iraq if elected president."

Thoughts On The Larry Craig Scandal [09/11/07 ] The recent bathroom sex scandal involving Republican Idaho Senator Larry Craig has become a political hornet's nest. However, to those who are privy to the real-life goings-on among the political elite in Washington, D.C., this comes as no surprise.

America's Pastors: Preachers Of Truth Or Promoters Of Tyranny? [08/22/07 ] Once again, the burden of responsibility to help maintain America's liberty rests upon the shoulders of the men in the pulpits. That should not surprise us, because it has always been this way. Part of what made America great was old fashioned, tell-it-like-it-is, no-nonsense preaching. Most of what we hear today is a bunch of mealy-mouthed, pussyfooting, ear-tickling, don't-offend-anyone preaching, which has largely contributed to America's current slippery slope into the sewer. But if you thought it could not get any worse, guess again.

Mr. President, Release Ramos And Compean [08/02/07 ] Any thoughts that the U.S. Justice Department and U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton were sincerely seeking true justice with the prosecution and conviction of former U.S. Border Patrol Agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean have been thoroughly exposed as blatantly disingenuous by the recent revelation of Congressman Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA).

Government Arrogance Is Out Of Control! [07/24/07 ] I sat dumbfounded as I watched U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton defend his prosecution of Border Patrol agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean in a recent interview with CNN's Lou Dobbs. To just about anyone who knows anything about this case, the prosecution and subsequent imprisonment of these two agents (who were simply attempting to enforce our nation's immigration and drug laws) is an unfathomable miscarriage of justice. Yet, Sutton has repeatedly (with great smugness and pride, I might add) done everything but brag about putting these two officers in prison.

Needed: 3-Dimensional Leaders [06/07/07 ] I recently delivered a Sunday address entitled "The 3-Dimensional Life." This address was motivated by my belief that a major part of America's overall problem today derives from the fact that most people, including our leaders, live 1-dimensional lives. For the most part, they are ignorant of the past and oblivious to the future. Such people are incapable of making wise decisions, because they are only living for the present.

George W. Bush Is GOP's Bill Clinton [05/29/07 ] Those of you who heard my radio program back in 2001 know that I predicted then that George W. Bush would do to the Republican Party much the same thing that Bill Clinton did to the Democratic Party. However, I must confess, I could not then realize the magnitude of that prediction.

By Any Other Name, Amnesty Bill Still Stinks! [05/23/07 ] One of Shakespeare's most oft-quoted phrases comes from Romeo and Juliet, where Juliet asks Romeo: "What's in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet." Accordingly, President Bush and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid can call their immigration bill by any name they want to, but it is still amnesty, and it still stinks!

Speech In Boise, Idaho [04/27/07 ] Christians tell me constantly, "Chuck, we must elect a Christian President." And it seems that all they look for and all they expect from their civil magistrates is that he or she make public profession of Christianity. But most every politician professes to be a Christian--at least every two years, or in the case of a presidential candidate, every four years.

Enjoy the Sideshow [03/29/07 ] That Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez lied to Congress now seems obvious. It is also clear that now Congress wants Gonzalez, Karl Rove and others to testify under oath about the matter. At issue, of course, is the White House firing of eight U.S. attorneys. While everyone (especially Republicans) seems preoccupied with the fact that U.S. attorneys serve at the pleasure of the President and may be fired at his discretion, they conveniently overlook the circumstances surrounding their dismissal.

Is 2008 The Year Conservatives Abandon The GOP? [03/22/07 ] It is no hyperbole to say that conservatives throughout America are extremely disappointed and disillusioned with the national Republican Party. This discouragement is only deepened as they peruse the field of prominent candidates being trotted out as "frontrunners."

Forget Impeachment: Grab The Tar And Feathers [03/15/07 ] In this column last week, I asked the question, Should President George W. Bush be impeached? The specific precursor for that question was the guilty verdict of former White House insider Lewis "Scooter" Libby. In my mind, that trial and subsequent conviction demonstrated that there is more than enough circumstantial evidence to warrant a thorough investigation into whether President Bush willfully manipulated evidence regarding Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) in Iraq and whether he deliberately lied to the American people in order to justify a pre-determined plan to launch a preemptive attack on that country.

Red Carpet For Illegals [02/26/07 ] Since George W. Bush became President of the United States in 2001, the number of illegal aliens residing in this country has risen exponentially. An accurate number is impossible to determine, but educated estimates range from 12 million to 30 million.

Presidential Frontrunners Would Surrender America's Borders [02/08/07 ] Looking at the potential presidential frontrunners for both the Democrat and Republican parties reveals that virtually everyone of them would surrender America's borders. Not one of the presidential frontrunners from either party would protect our borders against illegal immigration. Just the opposite. They would continue George Bush's policy of wide open borders, including his determination to grant amnesty to illegals. In other words, when it comes to protecting our borders, there is not a nickel's worth of difference between the two major parties' leading presidential contenders.

Whose Side Is Bush On? [02/01/07 ] There was someone in the gallery during President George W. Bush's State of the Union speech that he would not dare publicly recognize. Even though he knew she was there, I'm confident he never even bothered to look up at Gallery 5, Row B, Seat 9, because sitting in that seat was Monica Ramos, the wife of imprisoned former Border Patrol agent Ignacio Ramos. She was the invited guest of Republican California Congressman Dana Rohrabacher.

Christian Chaplain Dismissed; Muslim Chaplain Promoted [01/26/07 ] Chaplain Lt. Gordon James Klingenschmitt has been court-martialed and dismissed from the U.S. Navy. His crime? Praying in Jesus' name in uniform outside a chapel. You read it right. After 15 1/2 years of exemplary service, Lt. Klingenschmitt is being drummed out of the Navy.

President Bush Continues To Push America Toward A Police State [01/11/07 ] President George W. Bush's brand of conservatism is something completely foreign to traditional norms. He has outspent even the most liberal administrations. He has led the nation into undeclared foreign wars under false pretenses. He has bloated the size and scope of the federal government like no president since Franklin D. Roosevelt. He has consistently promoted "civil unions" for homosexuals. He has increased federal funding for abortion providers at home and abroad. In addition, over the objections of a Republican-controlled Congress, Bush even supported the Clinton gun ban.
